And during many years the job of ski instructor has become a real profession, which requires constant preparation, proved skill and high specialisation combined with a special gift made up by a pleasant disposition, communicativeness and obviously - a great liking for sports and mountains.
The skiing technique undergoes constant evolution and with this, the teaching techniques: the ski instructors are the chief characters and promoters of the growth process, which requires constant updating in order to be in a position to offer "on the field" an absolute top level class. The teaching techniques are the result of a long work of preparation: the new acquisitions in the scientific field, the researches carried out by specialised centers, the requirements which emerge during training courses, add to build up the foundations on which the professional competence of the ski instructors are based.
